Body Balance

Improve your mind, your body, and your life through New BodyBalance -- a blend of Tai Chi, Yoga, and Pilates. This class promotes toning, flexibility, spinal alignment, balance, posture, and core strength. Low impact on the joints -- High impact to get heart rate pumping.

Meditation for Daily Stress

For beginner and advanced meditators alike. You will be shown how to regulate the breath, still the mind, and release daily stress to expreience physical and emotional well-being.

Movie Afternoon

Come and join us for movie afternoon, every last Sunday of the month. For the best experience bring blankets and pillows. Food and snacks are allowed!!! We will have an activity prior to the featured film.

Bread Making Class

Join us for a hands on experience making bread. Take the bread dough home, let it rise, and bake it for dinner. Bread may be either white bread or Sourdough. Sourdough classes include a sample of Sourdough starter that you can take home, cultivate, and continue to make this delicious bread for your family.
